Essentials Bazaar operates as a registered e-commerce business in Pakistan, in compliance with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) requirements and relevant provincial regulations.
Tax Compliance
We comply with applicable Pakistani tax laws. Where applicable, Sales Tax is included in product pricing or disclosed at checkout. Invoices are available upon request.
Consumer Protection
We operate in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Pakistan. Customers have the right to fair dealing, accurate product representation, and the right to redress for genuine complaints.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to first contact our support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
