1. Return & Refund Policy

At Essentials Bazaar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and free gifts (if any) included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Perishable goods, personal care products, undergarments, and hygiene items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/flash sale events.
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage caused by the customer.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method — bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or store credit.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer size/variant exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. The customer bears the return shipping cost; however, we will ship the exchanged item free of charge within Pakistan.
