By purchasing from Essentials Bazaar, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years of age to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Product Listings & Pricing
- All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor colour variations may occur due to screen display differences.
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
- Promotional prices are valid only for the specified period.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Essentials Bazaar reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment Terms
- Accepted methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.
- Payment must be completed before dispatch for prepaid orders.
- We reserve the right to limit COD availability based on order value or delivery location.
Intellectual Property
All content on Essentials Bazaar — including logos, product images, descriptions, and branding — is our intellectual property. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
