Essentials Bazaar delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and surrounding areas. Remote or rural areas may have extended timelines or limited availability.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days
- Other cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote/rural areas: 7–10 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges apply at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified amount — check our store for current promotions. Remote area surcharges may apply.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
Failed Deliveries
After 2 failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Reshipment costs will be charged to the customer. Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from future COD purchases.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
